2. What are we going to use your data for?
Generally, your personal data will be used to be able to build a relationship with you, to offer you our services and deal with any requests you have made through our online forms.

We will protect your data with efficient security measures to suit the risk involved in using your information.
To this end, our company has approved a Data Protection Policy, and will perform checks and annual audits to ensure that your personal data is secure at all times.

6. Do we send your data to other countries?
There are many countries which deal with data securely, and others not so much. For example, the European Union is a very secure environment for your data. Our policy is not to send personal data to any country which is not secure with regard to the protection of your data.
In the event that, in order to provide you with the service, it is necessary to send your data to a country which is not as secure as Spain, we will always ask for your permission first and we will apply efficient security measures which reduce the risks of sending your personal data to another country.

7. How long are we going to store your data for?
We will store your data during the course of our relationship and so long as we are legally obliged to do so. Once these periods are over, we will proceed to remove your data in a secure and environmentally friendly way.

8. What are your data protection rights?
At any time you can contact us to find out what information we have about you, rectify it if necessary and erase it once our relationship has finished, whenever legally possible.
You also have the right to request the portability of your data to another entity. This right is known as “data portability” and can be useful in certain situations.
To request any of these rights, you must make a written request to our address, attaching a photocopy of your ID document so we can correctly identify you.

Making a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency is free of charge and does not require the intervention of a lawyer or solicitor.

11. Do we create profiles about you?
Our policy is not to create profiles about the users of our services.
However, there may be situations in which, in order to provide a service, be it commercial or of any other type, we may need to create information profiles about you. An example may be the use of your purchasing or service history in order to offer you products or services which best suit your tastes or needs.
In such cases, we will always inform you first and apply efficient security measures which protect your data at all times from unauthorised people who may try to use it for their own means.
12. Do we use your data for other purposes?
Our policy is not to use your data for other purposes other than those which we have explained above. However, if we need to use your data for different activities, we will always ask for your permission first offering you clear options so you can decide on this matter.
13. Quality of the data processed
Our policy is not to collect data from people under the age of 13. In the event that a person under 13 provides us with their data, we will immediately destroy it.
