Making a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency is free of charge and does not require the intervention of a lawyer or solicitor.
11. Do we create profiles about you?
Our policy is not to create profiles about the users of our services.
However, there may be situations in which, in order to provide a service, be it commercial or of any other type, we may need to create information profiles about you. An example may be the use of your purchasing or service history in order to offer you products or services which best suit your tastes or needs.
In such cases, we will always inform you first and apply efficient security measures which protect your data at all times from unauthorised people who may try to use it for their own means.
12. Do we use your data for other purposes?
Our policy is not to use your data for other purposes other than those which we have explained above. However, if we need to use your data for different activities, we will always ask for your permission first offering you clear options so you can decide on this matter.
13. Quality of the data processed
Our policy is not to collect data from people under the age of 13. In the event that a person under 13 provides us with their data, we will immediately destroy it.
